Â鶹Դ´â€™s Induction program will provide Participating Teachers individualized, job-embedded support in the first years of their teaching profession so as to increase the efficacy and retention of our new teachers. In doing so, Participating Teachers will also demonstrate progress towards mastery of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession so as to effectively serve our diverse student body, their families and our community.

Support Provider Information
2020-2021 School Year

Our goal is to have at least one participating Support Provider at each of our school sites. Support Providers serve a critical role in the trajectory of a new teacher’s success in education. We would like to open the opportunity for teachers to apply to participate as Support Providers for our new teachers hired in Â鶹Դ´.
